Is AXS IMG free to use?
Yes. All essential image tools — convert, resize, compress, crop, rotate and background removal — are free to use, with no watermark. A Premium plan removes limits and ads and adds batch processing.
Are my photos private?
Every tool runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and on-device AI, so your photos are never uploaded to our servers. There is no server-side copy of your images at any point.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the core tools without signing up. An account is only needed for Premium features and saving your work.
What file size can I process?
Free users can process everyday documents. Premium removes file size limits and enables batch processing of many files at once.
Can I use AXS IMG on my phone?
Yes. AXS IMG works in any modern mobile browser, and native apps are on the way.
Which image formats are supported?
AXS IMG works with JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, and can convert between them as well as turn images into a PDF. More formats are added over time.
Who is behind AXS IMG?
AXS IMG is part of AXS Technologies, a software studio in Romania (EU). It is operated by the company AXS LEARNING SRL.
