Recognition depends on the image
OCR works best on clear, high-contrast text that's roughly straight and in focus. A sharp screenshot recognises almost perfectly; a blurry, angled photo in poor light will have mistakes. Cropping close to the text and using the highest-quality image you have improves accuracy.
