What makes a clean cut-out
The model does best with a clear subject that stands out from its background — a person, product or object with defined edges. Very wispy hair, glass, or a subject that blends into a busy background is harder and may need a touch-up. Good, even lighting in the original helps a lot.

The model is trained to find the main subject — a person, a product, a pet — and works best when the subject is clearly separated from the background, in focus and evenly lit. Fine hair, glass and objects that blend into a busy background are the hardest cases and may need a touch-up. Landscapes and photos without a single clear subject aren't what it's for: it may remove almost everything.
